Recent Client Engagement: AI
Our client's business priority was to define their AI policy and use guidelines to ensure their organization was not at risk. Artificial intelligence options including vendor solicitations had increased and there were a lot of questions. Through our Advisory services we met with their leadership to:
- identify where and how AI was currently in use
- define the rules of engagement
- determine AI awareness training schedule for employees
We worked with our client to create a checklist for AI, expectations for human oversight and human validation ensuring accountability, and structure to identify a review process for business, patient and/or employee impact.
Outcome
The result provided clarity within their organization on how to engage AI tools without worry, a practical governance that management could enforce, how to address the incoming vendor opportunities to better decide what is right for them, and a process to reevaluate moving forward.
